Dhaka: Nineteen people, mostly opposition activists, were killed in 11 districts as deadly violence broke out during the voting for the country’s 10th general election on Sunday.
The deaths were reported from Rangpur, Dinajpur, Feni, Nilphamari, Laxmipur, Munshiganj, Chittagong, Gaibandha, Thakurgaon, Naogaon and Jessore. Read more.
